The
perspicacity of my writings on Medford over the years, the insight into
things as they are politically and as they should be in fairness to the
citizens paying the freight, are thoughts not born of some psychic power
or a tarot reader's
inferences - uncovering the (dare we use the word Judge Jackson-Thompson
surmised... "malfeasance") underhanded shenanigans is akin to aiming a
BB gun and hitting rotting fruit off of the tree. It is simple to do
(remove) because there is so much of it (the politically rotting fruit.)
You trusted Leo A. Sacco, Jr.? Really? Roy Belson?
The
Muccini-Burke cronies were magnificently placed on the city council and
school committee...and now they have to re-align their thinking and
work with Breanna Lungo-Koehn.
Well,
Mike McGlynn didn't work THIS HARD to have some blogger find 652 votes
for his new arch-enemy (Breanna) - and you know that the evil Emperor
Michael J. "Palpatine" McGlynn is going to do his damndest to:
a)make Breanna look inept and incompetent. His pals at TV3 tried to do that on a weekly basis. Why stop now?
b)sabotage her every move until Breanna comes to the table and deals with McGlynn - his way - on Mystic Ave development
c)exert
his influence over the "o's" in his pocket - Falco, Caraviello - woh -
with Maiocco, Camuso, Dello Russo gone less o's than
McGlynn had counted on. And that's good news for the citizens of Medford
Look,
I'm on Breanna Lungo-Koehn's side. If you think I've been highly
critical you are wrong. You've seen me get "highly critical"
and we are in different territory than that.
My
goal is to publicly let the people know how Breanna has voted, and what
we expect of our new mayor in this pressing, urgent time.
The
elephant in the room, of course, is the Polyanna notion that bad people
should be congratulated and praised to stay "positive."
BREANNA NEEDS TO CORRECT COURSE:
If
Breanna wants to be more than a one-term mayor she'd better get a grip
and stop saying Ed Finn is a nice person when that individual was guilty
of felonious assault. Guilty because the police department went after
the victim claiming - falsely - "witness intimidation."
Praising
Jeffrey Dahmer for eating children is illogical. Dahmer was a
disturbed and dangerous individual, as is Edward P. Finn.
THE CRIME THAT FINN COMMITTED DID NOT DESERVE PRAISE
You
can't have a witness without a crime, so corrupt members of the Medford
Police Department THEORETICALLY beat up the victim of a felonious
assault, refused to go after the criminal city clerk - who failed to
show up in criminal court while under subpoena - and you have a dirty,
filthy city solicitor allegedly not advising his "client" to show up in
criminal court? Under subpoena? In what universe?
Hey
but in a city where multiple police officers were accused of domestic
violence, Shawn, Greg and Jimmy, LLC, who gives a damn about the women
who got smacked around. For his public records requests alerting the
community, Mr. Viglione deserved to get slugged, hitting a senior
citizen and then falsely accusing the victim based on lies that Richard
F. Caraviello and Ed Finn told the police.
Breanna
can't walk this one back. Oh, she can ignore it, but the facts are
facts and praising Ed Finn, Jeffrey Dahmer or Jimmy Lee for their bad
actions is not what we want in a new mayor. Kim Jong Un is NOT a nice
person and a president playing footsie with a monster is unacceptable.
So is a mayor-elect praising a thug who hit a senior citizen.
And
after the entire episode unfolds in the pages of the Medford Transcript
- from the city's libelous article in the paper to my vindication,
Breanna acts all Polyanna and says (August 30, 2018, Miranda Wilson article) "“He never took sides,” Councilor Breanna Lungo-Koehn explained. “He’s just a great guy, and he will be very missed.”
ED FINN TOOK SIDES WHEN HE CENSORED TWO SENIOR CITIZENS
No,
Mayor-elect, Ed Finn wrongfully edited petitions to the city council by
at least two senior citizens, told his staff NOT to accept any
petitions that I filed when he went on vacation, and on June 16, 2015 he
viciously assaulted me outside of Alden chambers, five years after Adam
Knight's pal Matthew Page Lieberman assaulted be in front of the door
to the law office, during a city council meeting.
That kind of position, Madame Mayor-elect, is what we expect from Mike McGlynn or Stephanie Muccini-Burke, not you.
When
TV3 wrote vile and disgusting things about you, Mrs. Burke and Bob
Penta, you thanked me for cleaning the mess off of the web.
It
was hard work. Then you pull this Polyanna move regarding Ed Finn, who
lied in a police report, who failed to show up under subpoena in
criminal court, and you say "He never took sides." You say "He's just a
great guy." Like the Gerry Clemente/Thomas K. Doherty gang.
Just great, lovely, wonderful people. NOT! You're the new mayor. Act like it, Breanna.
Judge
Diane Kottmyer (retired Jan 9, 2015) heard one of my TV3 cases.
Kottmyer was the judge in the Neil Entwistle case - which was about " the killing of Rachel and Lillan Rose, Entwistle’s wife and infant
daughter who were found shot to death in their Hopkinton home on Jan.
22, 2006."

A) the city official who screams and yells at an investigative reporter,
B)and then slugs him,
C)and then lies to the police about it,
D)and then is determined by the police to have committed the crime when the police press false charges on the victim,
E)and then that city official, dirty clerk Ed Finn, fails to show up in criminal court under subpoena -
F)after he (Clerk Finn) had wrongfully edited petitions by that same victim
G)AND
told his staff NOT to allow the victim his First Amendment right under
the U.S. Constitution to speak at the city council -
wow...so
what do you think of Neil Entwistle, Honorable Mayor -elect, "He's just
a great guy, and he will be very missed." Neil Entwistle - killer, Ed
Finn, determined by the police to have committed a felonious assault on
a senior, "just a great guy."
Residents want TRANSPARENCY, not lunacy. And if you call that "integrity" and a way forward for "unity" then Medford is damned.

IMPROVING MEDFORD in 2020 WITH A NEW MAYOR
Medford
just drips of wrongful conduct be it in the school system, allegedly at
the DPW, certainly within the fabric of city hall, fingerprints from so
many unwashed, unprincipled, grimy hands that our new mayor is going to
have to contact Mr. Clean to get started with the fumigation.
And that is not said in jest, not in the least. The entire Medford political system has to be revised.
But
you, Madame Mayor-elect - need to revise your comments on Felonious
Assaulter Edward P. Finn or you are on the slippery slope to cheating
the residents of everything you have promised on the campaign trail.

Community
Integrity
Positivity
As
clearly as your nemesis/predecessor Stephanie Burke promised free
parking to seniors and then proceeded to screw them in the pocketbook.
Parking over food, clothing, shelter and medicine, the failure of this
city to arrest Edward P. Finn, try him in a court of law, and convict
him for assault, as well as convicting Richard F. Caraviello for lying
to the police and possibly committing perjury at trial, until you
rectify and make amends for that, it's the same old same old.

Presentment Letter will be sent to you, probably on inauguration day,
to demand monetary compensation for what I've been put through.
Welcome to the corner office.
Now,
Madame Mayor-elect, you have a city council stacked with
McGlynn/Stephanie sycophants. Where the hell did Nicole Morell and Zac
Bears come from? Let's give you a little hint --- remember when the
election was stolen from Bob Penta in 2015 (why do you think Ed Finn
slugged me? To try to make an investigative reporter "toxic") well, do
you REALLY believe Muccini-Burke, highly unpopular, actually got
6,260 votes? In what reality?
I do not trust George Scarpelli, and neither should you.
I do not trust Adam Knight, and neither should you.
I
do not trust Richard F. Caraviello AND have the evidence, a boatload of
it, why Caraviello should be tried and convicted and booted off the
city council.
How the hell do we/you/they have such a dishonest individual like Caraviello in a seat of power in Medford?
Medford residents deserve better.
