BOSTON -- Michael McLaughlin, of Dracut, is facing yet another indictment in connection with his work as the former director of the Chelsea Housing Authority, even as he serves time on other federal charges and faces campaign finance charges in state court.

U.S. Attorney Carmen Ortiz announced Tuesday that McLaughlin, 67, of Dracut, was indicted on charges he and two other men conspired to rig inspections of federally-funded housing units run by the Chelsea Housing Authority.
