IN YEARS PAST, MCC TV3 WOULD CHARGE CANDIDATES FOR "VIDEO" SERVICES.

PEOPLE WHO PAID - CANDIDATES WHO GOT PAID, WERE TALKED ABOUT NICELY, IF YOU DIDN'T, THEY SLAMMED YOU IN VIOLATION OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.

CARL GALUSI, UNDER HIS ALIAS OF ZIGGY BUSH, ALLEGEDLY VIOLATED THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE BY TALKING POLITICS WHILE BEING THE VICE PRESIDENT OF A NON-PROFIT THAT WOULD PLAY NICE WITH POLITICIANS WHO HAD THE POWER TO SHUT THEM DOWN.

SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE OF 'OPEN HOUSE WITH ZIGGY BUSH' BEING HOSTED BY A BOARD MEMBER, TV3 SHOULD HAVE LOST IT'S NON-PROFIT STATUS

BECAUSE THOSE INDIVIDUALS ALLEGEDLY VIOLATED THE LAW THEY HAVE TO BE SUSPENDED INDEFINITELY AND THAT'S THE REASON WHY 


THE LAW READS THAT IF YOU ARE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY INVOLVED WITH A NON PROFIT - AND BEING A BOARD MEMBER OR EVEN FORMER BOARD MEMBER IS VERY DIRECT, ESPECIALLY SINCE THE FORMER BOARD MEMBER WAS STILL GETTING PAID FROM THE TV STATION AND HANDLED ITS YOUTUBES AND PUBLIC FACE, THOSE INDIVIDUALS NEED TO BE KEPT FROM THE NEW STATION OR THEIR FLAGRANT VIOLATION OF THE LAW, AS CARL GALUSI ALLEGEDLY ENGAGED IN, WILL INFECT THE NEW STATION.

WE CANNOT LET THAT HAPPEN


 The city will also take hold of any money left over in TV3’s checkbook after the non-profit pays its bills and submits its final balance sheet and filings to the state Supreme Court and Attorney General’s Office.

The Deceptive Business Practices of the TV3 Board of Directors, which included Galusi, Deric Dyer, Daniel Mailhiot, Jay Ricci and others, now must be investigated.

They wrecked the community access station, Dyer going up to the council and using his resume' to ENDORSE the wrongful conduct of Frank Pilleri's gang, which included a vicious assault on this writer on 4/27/10 at Alden Chambers.

The attorney for TV3 was thrown out on 10/29/08 and the self-appointed president was thrown out of city hall in 2013 for being a disorderly person.

Medford Police Chief Leo A. Sacco Jr. said an investigation into those charges is close to completion. He said the detective’s findings would be shared with the Middlesex District Attorney’s office, which will ultimately decide whether or not to press criminal charges.

Wade said it’s important to provide some form of protection in the future to ensure no one is discriminated against because of their race, gender, sexual orientation or any other reason.
“I think it’s important that we look at ourselves and figure out how we can avoid making this mistake again,” said Wade. “These people should never ever be allowed to put the public, politicians or anyone in this city in any kind of jeopardy ever again.”

That means the core of TV3 - Pilleri, long-time host and former vice president Carl Galusi, Harvey Alberg and Ronald Delucia, Arthur Alan Deluca and the entire staff including independent contractors.

They CANNOT be allowed to infect the access station of the future.  Those rotten apples ruined it for everyone and they continue their wrongful conduct to this very day.

This editor had to report another violation of the agreement TV3 made with the police ...filth found on the Facebook page.  They have no shame, they have no morals, they are not welcome at the new access tv station that Medford will be building soon.

TV3 needs to have a taste of its own medicine.
They censored the community, those disgusting individuals are now under indefinite suspension.  That means YOU Carl Galusi.
