Last night at Alden Chambers, 9/22/15,
Michael C. Ruggiero was campaigning for a seat on the city council.
No other candidate for any other office had paraphernalia out and about, was distributing it to church members as Ruggiero actually admitted he was doing.
Notice this information from the City Solicitor:
In the opinion letter,
dated Sept. 15, Rumley cited a campaign finance guide published by the
state’s Office of Campaign and Political Finance, which states, “Using a
public building or any part thereof for political campaign purposes is
prohibited.”
Mr. Ruggiero engaged in harassment, invaded a private social media page and posted vile and disgusting information - including an attempt to post something so heinous written by an accomplice that it went to the legal department for protection from Ruggiero - and his accomplices - willful and malicious acts.
A complaint will be filed with the authorities, as well as with Medford City Hall, on Ruggiero's alleged repeated campaign abuses of a property owned by the Medford Housing Authority and Ruggiero's campaigning at Medford City Hall
According to the Solicitor's statement, this is prohibited by law. The allegation is that Ruggiero is a serial offender to the rules cited above.
And what about Madame Knight?
In the opinion letter,
dated Sept. 15, Rumley cited a campaign finance guide published by the

Rumley also cited a guide on public
employee political activity published by the State Ethics Commission,
which states, “A public employee may not engage in political activity …
in a public building.”

Why are there Knight signs VERY CLOSE to polling places?
Ya think Knight and Camuso with their little wink wink nudge nudge with Fredddy Dellllo Russso might be considered engaging in political activity?
