Conflicts Weaken Rumley

Inappropriate Rhetoric from Mrs. Burke show what a poor and conflicted "leader" she would make.

In citing the violent Edward P. Finn as a source, the despicable homophobic city clerk who assaulted a senior gay male (probably desperate to touch the good looking man) Rumley is, actually, campaigning in a public building

"On Friday, Sept. 11, Rumley received a request for an opinion from City Clerk Edward Finn, on whether a candidate for public office could engage in political campaign activity in a public building. "

Rumley’s opinion makes clear: “It is my opinion that political campaign activity in a public building is prohibited. My reasons are two-fold. First, such activity is prohibited by the provisions of G.L. C 55, Sec 13-17…Second, there are ethical considerations that arise under G.L. C 268A-Conduct of Public Officials.”  http://medford.wickedlocal.com/article/20150921/NEWS/150929285#loadComment

WHAT DOES MONSIGNOR AL CAPONE AT THE IMMACULATE CONCEPTION SAY ABOUT THIS???

Al Capone Does My Shirts is a historical fiction novel for young adults by award winning author Gennifer Choldenko. The book was named as a Newbery Honor selection and in 2007 it received the California Young Reader Medal. It has two sequels, Al Capone Shines My Shoes and Al Capone Does My Homework

Rumley and Finn need to resign.

Dear Medford Transcript:

Is the press release published in the Transcript an opinion of the newspaper or propaganda from Mrs. Burke's campaign?  It is not specified:'

It looks like a pro Muccini-Burke editorial, almost an
Endorsement of a candidate allegedly engaging in
"troll polling" - using a poll as an attack advertisement

The lunacy of a city clerk lacking in credibility, Ed Finn,
getting an opinion from a man wearing multiple hats  - on Thursday he was a bill collector at Somerville court,
some days a church deacon, some days a city solicitor, both with much to lose if/when Mrs. Burke loses, is so detestable it is hard to discern if their conflicts are worse than their combined hypocrisy.
C 268A-Conduct of Public Officials.”

Ed Finn stated to this writer that "Richie votes for Penta" at City Hall's Alden Chambers.  "Richie," the videographer for the government channel, had a camera pointed to an empty chair when Bob Penta
was speaking on the air during a council meeting.

I asked Finn how he knew who Richie voted for and if he knew who I voted for?  IN response Fin chest bumped me, a physical assault, after screaming in my face.

Edward P. Finn, the city clerk, then lied to the Medford Police in a written statement.

Reportedly, Edward P. Finn, the individual who touches all the votes, reportedly told a former candidate for council that "Bob Penta is going to lose..." at Stop & Shop when the former candidate
bumped into Finn and Finn's wife.

Should a City Clerk who counts the votes be running around besmirching a candidate for the highest office in the city of Medford?  What a fraud, if true.

Mrs. Burke said in the Medford Transcript: "“I will continue to be the qualified candidate that is respectful, informed and will always use a positive…”

Michael McGlynn, immorally holding public access TV in his basement, having hijacked First Amendment rights with that other fraud, Mark Rumley, saying this to Judge Jackson-Thompson:

“The one sentiment that I have heard that I take great exception to is that the city is trying to limit speech,” said Rumley. “The notion the city would censor or squelch free speech is baseless and as city solicitor I would find any such effort repugnant.”

are just plain thugs denying civil rights and weaseling their way around city hall with the city going to hell in a hand basket.

Rumley doesn't have the cleanest of hands. He wrote to a man's lawyer to try to interfere in a relationship between a lawyer and a client, getting all huffy about a cute little poem when Rumley can't even bring TV3 to justice after they assassinated his reputation with the Chumley Report.

Now that was the ultimate in hypocrisy.

Meanwhile, where is the Transcript's investigation of Mrs. Burke's "troll polls" where she has purported pollstars besmirching Mr. Penta.  Mrs. Burke throwing mud as quick and as hard as she can after telling the Transcript: “I will continue to be the qualified candidate that is respectful, informed and will always use a positive…”

While Lena Muccini over in Medford Housing allegedly campaigns in a public building for her alleged daughter.

Why doesn't the Transcript report on that?  Oh, I forgot, the Transcript doesn't report, it just re-types
what McGlynn sends over for propaganda...you want to take a gander at the "improper" ganda...just shell out $two bucks$ for Nell Coakley's collection of press releases from City Hall disguised as a newspaper.

Joe V. to Nell Coakley: "So your source at City Hall,
who is she?"

Nell Coakley to Joe V: "Who says it's a she?" (Duh!)

Nell Coakley to Joe V: "I've got your back, Joe."

Joe V. to Nell Coakley: "Then why did you just bury Paul Camuso's meat cleaver in it???

Remember: S Burke is not only an editor at
Wicked Local (Sean Burke,) it's also the initial and
last name of a Mayoral candidate in Medford! But we call her Darth Stephony! - and that article is as phony as Stephanie Burke's promise “I will continue to be the qualified candidate that is respectful, informed and will always use a positive…”

Oh puh-lease!   Stephanie Burke = snake oil saleswoman!

Cheers,

By Jimmy Olsen - Gay Playwright & Actor Jack Larson, Best Known As Superman’s Jimmy Olsen, Dies At 87 [VIDEO]

http://www.joemygod.com/2015/09/21/gay-playwright-actor-jack-larson-best-known-as-supermans-jimmy-olsen-dies-at-87-video/

From the Hollywood Reporter:
Jack Larson, forever typecast as the overeager cub reporter Jimmy Olsen on the 1950s television series Adventures of Superman, has died. He was 87. Larson, who later produced several films written and/or directed by his longtime companion, the late Oscar nominee James Bridges, died Sunday at his home in Brentwood, The New York Times reported. Further details of his death were not immediately available. In 1951, Larson signed up to play the hapless Olsen for $250 an episode on Adventures of Superman, the first TV show to feature the Man of Steel from the comics. At the time, he wanted to go to New York to tackle Broadway and didn’t think the series — then one of the few to be filmed, not done live — would amount to anything.
