Medford cop accused of threatening driver due in court next month
-
MEDFORD, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A Medford police officer accused of threatening and berating a driver he pulled over while off duty is due in court for a disciplinary hearing next month.
Detective Stephen Lebert, a 30-year veteran of the force, is accused of conduct unbecoming an officer and many other things after the July incident where he allegedly threatened a man. Unfortunately for Lebert, it was all caught on tape.
The driver made sure his dash-cam was rolling during his interaction with the officer.
