TV3 board member engaging in third party harassment?

Message to Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. after a good friend informed the editor on 9/18/15 of a phone conversation INITIATED BY A BOARD MEMBER OF MCC TV3 TO THE FRIEND OF A VICTIM, A PHONE CONVERSATION that included discussion of the victim and a legal matter.

"Bottom line, no contact means no contact, not even through a third party"

A word to the individual who has made a cottage industry of harassing senior citizens in Medford and who sits on the board of directors of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.:  

Remove your harassing blogs; stop phoning friends of the victim and stop asking probing questions about the victim and a legal matter.  Period.

This magazine is devoted to bringing the truth to the residents of Medford during a critical election.

It was refreshing to hear from two members of the community acknowledgment for our hard work and efforts on behalf of Medford last night at a local restaurant.  The two residents that this editor had never met before watch the government channel; one of the fellows noting how SOME OF the councilors get agitated because the truth is being told - via public records requests, via correspondence from government officials.

After the chance meeting, a friend informed me VIA TELEPHONE that a current member of embattled Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. phoned him probing about a legal issue.

KNOW THIS, that individual on the TV3 board has violated a police agreement made by the president of that station, has harassed senior citizens, and is again acting in a nefarious manner that is being scrutinized and added to the evidence pile against that individual and his associates.

The language in harassment prevention orders can state as follows:

  'YOU ARE ORDERED NOT TO ABUSE THE PLAINTIFF by harming or attempting to harm the Plaintiff physically...

YOU ARE ALSO ORDERED NOT TO HARASS THE PLAINTIFF (1)by any willful and malicious conduct aimed at the Plaintiff and intended to cause fear, intimidation, abuse or damage to property,... 

2)...either directly or through someone else.

MR. DELUCA AND HIS ASSOCIATES HAVE MADE A COTTAGE INDUSTRY OF PHONING PEOPLE THAT A VICTIM MAY KNOW TO FURTHER HARASS AND UPSET.

The victim believes that the TV3 board member made that phone call with the willful and malicious aim to cause abuse. 

IT IS HOW TV3 AND SOME OF ITS BOARD MEMBERS CONDUCTED THEMSELVES, MORE TIME, MONEY AND ENERGY INVESTED IN HARASSING THE COMMUNITY THAN FACILITATING ACCESS TV, LEADING TO THE SHUTDOWN OF THE REPROBATE-OPERATED 'PRIVATE' ACCESS TV STATION



The harassment exacted on citizens as well as candidates for elected office and elected officials by Mayor Michael J. McGlynn's good friends at Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. has gone on for far too long.    IT WILL COME TO AN END NOW AS IT IS ESCALATING AND WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

Here’s the fact. If you have been ordered to have no contact, either in a criminal case or because of a civil restraining order, no contact means no contact. None. Zip. Zero. Not if there is an earthquake. Not if there are nuclear missiles raining down on Colorado from the sky. Not even if the Rockies win the World Series.


I once saw a case where a defendant was charged with violating a domestic violence related Protection Order for sending a Mother’s Day card with a kind sentiment to the mother of his children. True story.

Bottom line, no contact means no contact, not even through a third party or with Mother’s Day card. If you need to contact the other party for any legitimate reason, go through your attorney. Otherwise, no matter what your intentions, you may well be exposing yourself to a criminal charge.

THE FIRST STEP THAT 'PHONE CALLER' CAN MAKE IS TO TAKE DOWN THE UGLY BLOGS LYING ABOUT A VICTIM.

TV3'S ABUSE OF THIS COMMUNITY WAS A BLACK EYE ON MEDFORD.

THIS MEDIA SOURCE WILL USE EVERY LEGAL AVENUE TO PROTECT OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, OUR SAFETY, OUR PEACE OF MIND, AND OUR RIGHT TO PRIVACY. 

THE PERPETRATOR KNOWS WHO HE IS.

HE ALSO MUST KNOW THIS:
