WITH the City Solicitor's opinion published in the Medford Transcript, stating clearly that campaigning in a public place is prohibited, Michael C. Ruggiero plays Mickey the Dunce and breaks the rules again in a lame attempt to resurrect his fractured, embattled and dismal campaign.

Ruggiero has previously campaigned at the Medford Housing Authority's 22 Allston Street - and read, no doubt, on this media outlet, all about his wrongful conduct.
This is arrogance, breaking the rules, thumbing his nose at guidelines other candidates have to abide by.
You didn't see ANY OTHER PAPER PROMOTION at City Hall on 9/22/15 except for the flagrant abuse of a public building by the political novice, not even in Medford a full year, according to Ruggiero.
