The Goal: Medford's 28 year mayor was told by the Federal Bureau of Investigation to "leave now, or take your chances by running again." Informed by the feds that he would "not be able to campaign for dog catcher in the city," McGlynn hijacked the body of his fudge-it director and incompetent Director of Personnel (see the fumbled Officer Jimmy Lee case) to masquerade as a woman running for office.

McGlynn got Donald Trump to fly him to the planet CAMUS II and had Martha Coakley and Deacon Swami transfer his life energy into Stephony (thus, why she's a big phony!) Muccini-Burke and vice-versa, Stephanie becoming a raging alcoholic in the transfer walking around the city with a blue mist around her face as McGlynn-in-drag

When Dr. Lester found a life-energy transfer machine built by the now extinct Camus II natives, she devised a plan to take over the body of James T. Kirk and assume command of the starship USS Enterprise

Michael J. McGlynn has Sex Change on the planet CAMUS II and re-emerges as a woman, the evil despot known as DARTH STEPHANIE!

Camus II was the uninhabited second planet of the Camus system. This ringed world was the homeworld of the extinct Camus II natives. At that time, visitors had to avoid exposure to celebium, that was deadly to humanoid life, by using celebium shielding. Archaeological excavations by humans of the ruins began in the mid-23rd century

Three rats on the planet Camus-II -  Night of the Living Freddy Dello Russo, Jr., Madame Knight and great great great great grand-nephew of planet founder, Uncle Bob, that world's infamous reprobate Paul Camus2 (or Camus-squared,) were transported back to earth disguised as city councilors.  The disguises didn't work very well and the citizens saw right through them, three stooges controlled by the unions on Camus II, the planet being a long-dead civilization meaning that the unions were run by a bunch of rogue zombies - the zombies so inept that they actually started endorsing Darth Stephanie without even truly knowing her.

The final rat was stuck on the fence, Darth Caravi-dumbo. He couldn't fit on the transport anyway because the combined weight - above the neckline - of Darth Camuso and Darth Caravi-dumbo would have been too much baggage.   Oh the rocket would have been able to project from the planet's gravity with enough energy to sustain it...it wasn't the rocket... it was just too much baggage for McGlynn so, as usual, he threw Caravi-dumbo under the bus as he did with planet Deacon Darth Swami (see The Swami Report from TV3) and Darth Stephanie.    Back-stabbing ingrate that McGlynn is.

The robotic on-remote limousine service that still operated on the long dead planet turned the overweight life force into a cardboard campaign sign and - as a lesson - they left it on the fence forever there on that uninhabited world as a warning sign to anyone running for elected office, anyone that is unable to be decisive...or aware that their obligation(s) were - and still are- to the taxpayers, not to themselves.

sign weighs 430 pounds, condensed by Camus-II scientific equipment left behind by the former inhabitants of that world.
