The police have not kept the reprobates at bay; indeed, when the police pretty much force a victim to mediate with the likes of "Matt Justin," the notorious Matthew Page Lieberman, friend of the equally notorious fraud city councilor Adam Knight, you see the grisly sausage factory that it is behind the scenes in a corrupt city where even the local union allegedly breaks the rules during an election.   

They not only make the hopes and wishes of Medford residents go south, they put some reprobate son-in-law of another alleged reprobate in who is actually named south.

It's a whirlpool inside the quicksand of dirty politics and it is just plain wrong.
