1)On December 1 Chief justice of the Massachusetts Superior Court Department, the Honorable Judith
Fabricant wrote me a personal letter about Mayor Muccini-Burke's
husband, Superior Court Assistant Clerk Brian S. Burke calling me a
"motherfucker" on or about October 15, 2015 at the
Chevalier Theater when he illegally threw me and another person out of the front row center - where I had permission to videotape. I simply moved to first row right, but how can a candidate's husband be such a bully in front of many, many witnesses? Mr. Burke's wife had rights to Row 2 and Row 3
by a mutual agreement of both candidates the night before.

2)On or about December 3, 2015 I put in a public records request to Police Chief Sacco and Superintendent Roy Belson regarding 4 items which included: a)a false bomb threat or threats allegedly
during the election cycle that didn't make the papers with an
allegation that bomb sniffing dogs were removed from the school (so as
to not get into the press and inhibiting Mrs. Burke's chances in the
election,) and a request about a teacher who had left Medford High June
30, 2015.
The teacher may have had inappropriate relations with a student; that student may have been the daughter of one of the politicians running for office.

Sec of State's office actually just called me at 1:04 pm today, February 23, 2016. Haven't had an opportunity to call them back. Let's find out what is truly going on.

Keep in mind, for city hall this is more about a public records request than a June 16th assault by a city clerk on a citizen - for the victim, it is more about obtaining a restraining order on the ex marine who stalked me on June 12 and 13th and the assault on the 16th by the city clerk. Ya think for one moment that the two incidents aren't related? The ex-marine was working in concert with TV3, the station that I had stripped of its license to operate in the city of Medford. It all has to do with the election.
