Can we state an opinion, not legal advice, for District Attorney Marian Ryan?
Of course we can, this site is just plain delusional.
Marian, "You are on a dark road representing that individual. Be careful." Which, is intentionally telling Marian Ryan to get away from her own defense attorney!
Now were I talking to Marian Ryan's own personal attorney, and if I were a lawyer, I think Marian Ryan might have a case against a lawyer trying to persuade her lawyer to drop her...but heck, I don't know, not being an attorney.
HOWEVER - efforts direct or indirect, in ay way to encroach upon the professional employment of another lawyer are UNWORTHY of those who should be brethren at the bar.
So Hopefully Marian Ryan will check into this type of activity and if she finds any anywhere in the Commonwealth, she should do something about it.
