Remember the Jodie Foster movie "The Accused" where the enablers are the ones who got serious criminal time in prison for facilitating the crime.
Alleged criminal facilitation. If the hate fest on their page amounts to criminal harassment by the libelous pair from TV3, could the Administrators be held liable as accomplices? I don't know, I'm not a lawyer, it is a question I am seeking the answer to.

Their page called an innocent man a "criminal," and falsely claimed that the man was "arrested."
These individuals had an obligation not to let the malfeasance from their members fester into a libelous free for all, and as Administrators may all be liable.
A subpoena is going to Facebook and also, possibly, to Google to get the entire hate thread.
That an alias of a former board member of TV3 who made sexual advances at this editor and, upon rejection, got violent with his victim, and that the wife of a current board member of embattled Medford Community Cablevision, Inc., a 501c3 that the Attorney General's office references with the term "law enforcement" as in, they can't give out information currently as it could impede "law enforcement" - is all you need to know.
Of course allegedly unethical Administrators won't give you THAT part of the story, will they?
