How can a city solicitor be reappointed if he has failed to efficiently and quickly secure the finances of a 501c3 that the city is closely aligned with vis-a-vis the co-ownership of the assets and/or equipment?
Mr. Mark E. Rumley said that MCC TV3 had ten days to turn over the financials in July of 2014.
19 months have elapsed!
And Mr. Rumley wants another contract? Hold it up until he makes good on his promise.
