MICHAEL MARKS MUST RESIGN

Why Michael Marks has to go. He is now irrelevant and his vote gets swallowed up by his colleagues The "New" Michael Marks distances himself from his behavior of 9 years ago...think about it....he was on the side of TV3 paying the station's webmaster for commercials and aligning himself with the snake Ron DeLucia

Councilor Michael Marks interrupted Viglione, and as a point of information, expressed his frustration with the ongoing dispute involving TV3 that has made its way to the council floor in the past few months.

“I really don’t know why we have to be subjected to this,” Marks said to Viglione. “If you want answers from the mayor, he is located across the hall. Rather than waste your time and my time, that’s who you should be talking to.”

Viglione insisted he had the right to speak to the council — as it is a public forum — and continued to criticize the station for several more minutes.

City Solicitor Mark Rumley weighed in on the matter, clarifying Viglione’s claims regarding current lawsuits involving the city. He called Viglione’s claims “fiction,” and added the overall discussion took away from the council meeting.

“Talking about lawsuits against the city is doing a disservice to the people who are watching this particular forum tonight,” Rumley said (WHAT A JERK! Rumley was on the board of TV3, so he had a vested interest in DENYING FREE SPEECH, the wolf in the hen house. Rumley is to Free Speech what convicted rapist Jenna Tarabelsi is to Good Child Care!

MARK RUMLEY LIED TO A RETIRED JUDGE

City Solicitor Mark E. Rumley / Medford Daily Mercury
on or about Nov. 16, 2008 (quoted from the 2nd Judge Jackson-Thompson hearing) saying:

“The one sentiment that I have heard that I take great exception to is that the city is trying to limit speech,” said Rumley. “The notion the city would censor or squelch free speech is baseless and as city solicitor I would find any such effort repugnant.”

P.S. Michael Marks told me at his campaign event on Main St. at the sushi restaurant that he considered me a friend. With friends like Marks, who needs enemies?
