And though Shawn Norton was EXONERATED in the L'Italien Report, he still gave a black eye to the city of Medford, betrayed his oath of office, and in ANY court proceeding where Norton is a witness, his credibility is shattered by his poor judgment.

MEDFORD (CBS) – A Medford police officer is facing charges after he allegedly drove drunk and fled from police after a hit and run crash.
Shawn Norton, 43, of Reading, was arraigned Thursday on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, failure to stop for police, speeding, and failure to operate a vehicle within marked lanes.
Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan said that Wednesday just after 11 p.m. a driver called Reading police to say they were following a car that was involved in a hit and run crash in Wilmington.
An officer of the law engaging in such behavior is not holding himself or his office to the highest of standards.
Yet the Medford Police made up a phony crime to harass the victim of a violent assault by Ed Finn.
So in any court proceeding Mackowski, Covino, a smart lawyer can use their alleged malfeasance against them and shred them as witnesses.
Witness Intimidation? They intimidated this witness, because I am a witness to the crime against my person.
What Mackowski and Covino did was PURE witness intimidation and harassment of a witness/victim.
Mackowski and Covino should be out of office, arraigned, tried and convicted, Madame Mayor.
