I thank the Office of the Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division
for the Determination
Dear Ms. Palmer,
I
will be more specific in my request, and given the order from the
Public Records Division for an immediate answer, and the risk to
public safety, as well as the situation with CORI checks for innocent
news gatherers, public access TV hosts forced to endure a CORI check,
the answer is vital to the citizens of Medford. Please act in an
appropriate manner and respond to my requests.
Please
be advised that at an access television Annual Meeting last night, I
was informed that a veteran of P/E/G access believes the city of Medford's CORI check, designed by longtime city solicitor Mark E. Rumley, to be illegal. Allegedly.
It
is my belief that at the very least the fraudulent CORI check is a
serious violation of Rumley's oath of office, to uphold the 1st and 14th
amendments to the U.S. Constitution.
Let
me also preface this with the fact that the Public Records Division was
firm in its decision regarding the L'Italien Report vis-a-vis the
compensation fraud and disgusting Medford police misconduct which the
police referred to as acts of "all good men and women."
In
the Public Records Division's Determination - I refer you to a portion
of Page 4 of SPR 19-2081 (attached) about the promoting the core value
of trust between the police and citizens. There is no less need for
promoting the core value of trust between the school that educates the
children of a city or town.
