who the heck is up at this hour reading our humble news site? Impressive...

Take That Dawn Natalia

Hey Elon, We Already Went Through This with Dawn, spanked her and sent her back to
Foster, RI!  She's long forgotten as two mayors, McGlynn and Burke, continued Natalia's wrongful conduct to hurt the public as much as flawed filmmaker Dawn Natalia did...perhaps more so as they were elected officials with the lowest of standards possible.  Indeed, those "snacks and candies" on the company credit card alleged exactly what McGlynn and Burke did to our community in an underhanded and sneaky way.

  • Elon Musk was found not liable for defamation in a Los Angeles federal court on Friday.
  • A British cave explorer, Vernon Unsworth, brought the suit against Musk in September 2018, after the Tesla and SpaceX CEO had called him “sus” (suspicious) and a “pedo guy” on Twitter.
  • Musk and his defense team, led by attorney Alex Spiro, argued that “pedo guy” was simply heated rhetoric and not meant as a statement of fact.

The verdict could set a precedent where free speech online, libel and slander are concerned. Vernon Unsworth vs. Elon Musk was one of the first major defamation lawsuits --brought by a private individual over a tweet-- to ever go to trial.

Good, some choice things about certain individuals will be on the agenda soon given this ruling:

Roy's thinking DAMN YOU ELON MUSK!!!!!!
