Joe V responds: Well, this one is top secret and they are attempting to avoid going to the Medford City Council, which Breanna sits on currently, to do just that - be "voted on by the citizenry first." Allegedly, former Mayor McGlynn's tentacles are all over this rumor...but I believe it, came from excellent sources within city hall ....and how many times have my sources been "spot on."
