List of Indefinite Suspensions for the new CABLE TV STATION

This is a proposal going to the Mayor's 3 person panel so that Access TV has a fresh start without the invective


Francis R. Pilleri - Indefinite Suspension - for harassment of the cable TV subscribers. Permanently banned for being the ringleader of a group of vindictive, malicious thugs.

Harvey Alberg - lives in Malden, indefinite suspension for selfish abuse of access TV and harassment of the cable TV subscribers. Possible ban for life for accusing a man of a crime that was never committed.

Doria Alberg - Tortious interference, lives in Malden, indefinite suspension for harassment of cable TV subscribers, possible banning for life making egregious comments against citizens; accusing a man of being "convicted" when he wasn't.

Carl Galusi - indefinite suspension; hung his friend Pat out to dry; made egregious and harassing comments on Ziggy Bush show.

Steve Bertorelli - indefinite suspension, did nothing to benefit the cable tv subscribers; was in it for himself.  Failed to give proper credit

Ronald Delucia: Banned for life for abuse of cable TV subscriber monies for frivolous lawsuits and for defamation: 

Jim Tuberosa: lied about his address; did not live in Medford; abused the public access station with right wing rhetoric while not allowing equal time for opposing point of view in city where he did not live. Indefinite suspension.

Anyone involved with Dirty Talk Live - including but not limited to Steven Marra.

Indefinite suspension: Deacon Brian Codi

Arthur Alan Deluca: violation of an agreement made in mediation with the police department. Banned for life.
