There were three police officers at the February 9, 2016 City Council meeting standing outside of Alden Chambers near the door to the mayor's office. The next night, Feb 10, 2016, there was absolutely no security at the high school when the school committee and Police Chief Sacco addressed the bomb threat issue. This city is upside down
