Re: Massachusetts Public Records Request

Dear Attorney General Healey,

This is a request under the Massachusetts Public Records Law (M. G. L. Chapter 66, Section 10). I am requesting that I be provided a copy of the following records:

1)All documents that contain information regarding  how many candidates were endorsed by Attorney General Maura Healey during the 2015 election.

For example: the October 27th 2015 issue of Inside Medford has information that Maura Healey, the woman who I believe is the supervisor of potential election fraud, endorsing Stephanie Muccini-Burke.  As some Medford residents believe Mrs. Burke's opponent actually had more votes a key in a recall election would be to know how many candidates the Attorney General actually endorsed, or if this was her sole endorsement

Exhibit A
Mayoral candidate Stephanie Muccini Burke has received the endorsement of Attorney General Maura Healey, joining a growing list of community leaders who support her candidacy.

2)Any legal document which spells out who supervises alleged election fraud, if it is the Attorney General or the Secretary of the Commonwealth or any other government entity

3)Any documents from the State Ethics Commission regarding Attorney General Maura Healey and Attorney General Martha Coakley

EXHIBIT B
A February 5, 2016 Boston Globe article in regards to an ethical issue with this Attorney General's office is troubling.  The retraction of those documents hardly  mitigated the damage.

BOSTON GLOBE: That’s what happened to Attorney General Maura Healey when her campaign committee sent out a blast e-mail Wednesday night asking her supporters — and public employees who work for her — to join her in New Hampshire Saturday to knock on doors and canvass voters for Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.

4)Any document(s) in possession of the Attorney General Maura Healey describing any punishment to be exacted on the board of directors of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc., the embattled station which public records requests indicate could be a matter of "law enforcement" at the A.G.'s office.  The failure of the Public Charities Division to act on this matter in a timely manner, about 18 months of investigation now, benefited the woman Maura Healey endorsed, Stephanie Muccini Burke, and her preferred city council candidates, while it was detrimental to her opponent, a respected city councilor of close to four decades.    That the Attorney General endorsed Muccini-Burke and the investigation appears stalled, is as troubling as the aforementioned e mail blast that was recalled;  a stalled investigation which benefited Muccini Burke and possibly denied her opponent access to the airwaves, which are still not cablecasting, though the residents are paying for this service.

I recognize that you may charge reasonable costs for copies, as well as for personnel time needed to comply with this request. If you expect costs to exceed $10.00, please provide a detailed fee estimate.
The Public Records Law requires you to provide me with a written response within 10 calendar days. If you cannot comply with my request, you are statutorily required to provide an explanation in writing.

Sincerely,
