Chief Sacco got an e mail from Mark Rumley that he's concerned about my comment that I don't take a "water pistol" to a raging battle.
That's because, clearly, the pen is mightier than the sword. Why use a water pistol when my pen has Sgt Jimmy Lee allegedly putting me on his hit list.
Court Clerk Brian Burke - husband of the mayor - allegedly told a victim that he's on HIS (Burke's) hit list, so you can assume I'm number 2 on Burke's list.
It's just that I try harder now that Avis has dropped that 50 year old slogan

Urban Dictionary Definition that the
City Malicitor ignored.
1. The act of purposely or mistakenly bringing less than adequate weaponry to either a military conflict or a poorly organized hardcore show.
Where I lampoon Mark Rumley, and even he called this blog "delusional," the opposite is true of the city of Medford. The series of harassing acts against my person at city hall and by city hall reaches the level of "criminal harassment," not of parody, and these "officials," are disgusting in their derelcition of their duty:
--- a violent city clerk,
---a violent, temperamental police sergeant who committed an act of violence against women while allegedly cheating on his wife and family
---a murder and a Medford cop lying to the authorities
---a drunk-driving cop, hit and run, leaving the scene of an accident, resisting arrest, and getting $100.00 bail and back on the force.
---Chief Sacco covering up Stephen LeBert's criminal escapades for far too long.
---or a 501c3 with contractual ties to city hall attacking me (a 501c3 that Rumley was on the board of directors of AND that Rumley aided and abetted in three cases (2 court cases held simultaneously; a third in Superior Court,) Rumley helping his late brother's best friend, the attorney who is the former mayor's cousin-by-marriage, get back on a case after I personally had Judge Timothy Gailey REMOVE the attorney from the case.)
This is evidence that public servants are engaged in squelching our free speech and lying about it, being absolute hypocrites about it.
Quoting the city solicitor verbatim is what has truly put him in a rage of anger. It is his very own words which has turned him against a resident fighting for free speech. Think about it.
City Solicitor Mark E. Rumley / Medford Daily Mercury on or about Nov. 16, 2008 (quoted from the 2nd Judge Jackson-Thompson hearing) saying:
“The one sentiment that I have heard that I take great exception to is that the city is trying to limit speech,” said Rumley. “The notion the city would censor or squelch free speech is baseless and as city solicitor I would find any such effort repugnant.”
