No security at the high school, but Police Chief Leo A. Sacco Jr. sent THREE CRUISERS to City Hall on 2-9-16, the night before.  Think about it.

What a waste of taxpayer monies and manpower.  What if a tragic
event happened in Medford during a council meeting elsewhere in the city? The officers were on the second floor in the lobby near the Mayor's office. They'd have to go down a flight of stairs, to their vehicle, and critical time would elapse
