Medford Officer Pleads Guilty To Stealing Evidence In Murder At Stoneham Residence

Miguel Lopez must retire after pleading guilty to stealing and hiding evidence from a murder that took place where he was residing.

Miguel Lopez, 55, must immediately retire and never seek law enforcement-related employment. He also faces three years probation, with home confinement from 7 p.m.-6 a.m. for the first six months, and is ordered to pay a $5,000 fine.
