Bringing Rick Caraviello to Justice: Important for the City

An Editorial by Joe Viglione

Bringing a city councilor to court is my civic duty.  This is not about "payback" or "getting even," hardly.

This is about PROTECTING the citizens of Medford from a lazy, no good, thieving city councilor who cannot even stay at a council meeting to do the people's business and vote.

Keep in mind, Caraviello is much too stupid to have orchestrated this on his own.  The fraudulent criminal case came from the devious minds of officers Paul Covino and Detective Mackowski and others, on behalf of a crooked mayor, Stephanie Muccini-Burke, her ultra crooked predecessor, Michael J. McGlynn, and the allegedly drunk husband, Brian S. Burke.

Know this, citizens, the criminal case for "witness intimidation," filed on a witness who was intimidated, that's right, the police showed exactly how corrupt they are and twisted it to attempt to turn the victim into a criminal because of their criminal acts - y'know, little things like strangling a spouse or hiring a prostitute or hitting another police officer AT the police station, or breaking the lip of a woman a cop was cheating on his wife with, corrupt little acts like that...it pissed them off that someone had the balls to put into print exactly what those individuals were doing BEYOND Stephen LeBert threatening to kill a Malden man or allegedly phoning an alleged pervert child pornographer to tip him off that a police report was being filed on him.   That's what Lebert acted like he did in front of this reporter when I was filing on Floppy Boy, no - not the boy IN the floppy disc, the alleged child pornographer and good, good friend of Michael J. McGlynn.

Ya think if Marian Ryan told ADA with the unclean hands and bad lipstick, Raquel Frisadi, to jump in a cesspool that she would do it?  Well, Frisadi twisted facts and tried to look into the "drafts" on this website, where the only story was about some perv sheriff in New Hampshire...one of her own!  HA!

Google DENIED Raquel Frisadi her little fishing expedition.   Why isn't Frisadi on trial for wasting resources of the Commonwealth to do the bidding of corrupt government officials who think they are in Havana, not Medford and certainly not Massachusetts.

Their actions, their fear of the press, empowers us.
Thin-skinned Mackowski is the biggest of cowards, because he likes to cheat and hurt people instead of protecting and serving, and the big bully wastes the city's resources for a vendetta.   Mackowski should be tried, convicted and locked up, because the report card on that individual from multiple sources is not very pretty.   Paul Mackowski has quite the reputation, he's the talk of the town, and none of it is good.

So they wind up an obese son of a bitch, Caraviello, to lie through his teeth, something that he accused a TV3 manager of doing.  Duh.  All TV3 did is lie, but Caraviello was too afraid of them to do anything about it.  The sleaze when you see Caraviello talking to TV3's Ron DeLucia or Solicitor Rumley hanging out with Harvey Alberg and Arthur DeLuca in Somerville District Court when Rumley lied to the press that he was INVESTIGATING his colleagues on that suspicious - highly suspicious - board of directors, only goes to prove what we already know: something is rotten in the corner office in Medford, and has been for over 30 years.

More about this soon.  Federal Court is looming for Caraviello and his accomplices.

Reporter who refused to identify source is handcuffed as cops raid home

Freelance reporter Bryan Carmody said officers descended Friday on his San Francisco home and office, confiscating dozens of items including his cellphone, computer, hard drives and cameras, the Los Angeles Times reported.

Carmody, 49, said he declined to name his source when the San Francisco Police Department asked him a few weeks earlier to identify who provided him details about the Feb. 22 death of public defender Jeff Adachi.
