to a very simple question: where did the city hall oak benches go? Mrs. Burke, where did those expensive resources go.

---on March 15, 2019 my initial public request was snubbed with a juvenile comment made by Mark Rumley's office. The Secretary of State's office had to demand that Mark Rumley's office comply
---the reply was not satisfactory to this reporter. The Secretary of State's office again demanded that Medford City Hall comply. Why, Mrs. Burke?
It is now May 12th, almost two full months after the request which is, according to the law, deserving of an answer within 10 business days.
The questions each candidate for mayor needs to ask of the current mayor:
---why are you not forthcoming with simple answers regarding property owned by the people of Medford
---since you, Stephanie Muccini-Burke, were on that council in February of 2001(see attachment,) are you feigning ignorance or engaging in a cover-up?
Mrs. Burke claims on the campaign trail that she's eminently qualified,
but when put to the test we find Open Meeting Law violations and failure to answer simple questions regarding important financial matters.
Isn't Muccini-Burke an accountant? Yet she gives no accounting? Why?
That's the battle cry, Breanna: Mrs. Burke is Mayor and Accountant, but gives NO ACCOUNTING

Heavy benches weighing thousand and thousands of pounds, expensive heavy oak benches and heavy expensive doors just don't up and walk away with no specifics given to the public who own them

Mrs. Burke calls my writings "vulgar," while Solicitor Rumley claims "no one" takes these important writings seriously.
a)They are reflecting Mrs. Burke's alleged actions. If the blog is "vulgar" reporting on Mrs. Burke, then who better to know their vulgarity but the vulgar person herself, Mrs. Burke, deflecting!
b)A 'no one" by the name of Peter Noone (no one = Noone) of the Herman's Hermits told his manager
"Call Joe Vig, he's the best" when the manager needed a foreword to his picture book (a copy should be at the Medford Public Library.)

Why is Medford City Hall hiding the financial documents regarding the three items - oak benches, Ring Road curbstones and the city hall doors - that I have requested?
1)It has taken this journalist 3 attempts to get information on the city hall doors, the Ring Road curbstones and the oak benches from Alden Chambers
2)We now know that on February 6, 2001, with Paul Donato, Bob Maiocco and Stephanie Burke on the Medford City Council, the issue of the wooden benches missing in action
was brought up by Robert A. Maiocco. So where is the response? Where are the documents? Where did those benches go?
Look what former city councilor Bob Maiocco says about the expensive oak benches that are now officially unaccounted for by Medford City Hall
"...what happened to the benches in the city council chambers (this is to Mayor Michael J. McGlynn) that were there for over 60 years, were part of (the) history of the chamber, and irreplaceable in today's market."

Stephanie Muccini-Burke was on that February 6, 2001 city council. If Mrs. Burke didn't care to follow-up on Medford history, why should she be mayor 18 years later?

Ed Finn snubbing a criminal court subpoena, the land of Gerry Clemente and Thomas K. Doherty has refined its malfeasance.
Citizens get their taxes raised annually. Fred Dello Russo Jr., Adam Knight, George Scarpelli, Rick Caraviello, they are a stain on the city council, yet they hijack at least 30k each
for being powerless and acting stupid.
George Scarpelli allegedly threatened to punch young athletes in the mouth over the Otis Mass. rapes some years back. And Scarpelli, in court papers, allegedly used the F word on your kids.

Where is the copper at Medford Housing Authority. Alleged to be $3,000.00, I have information - and belief - that it was ten times that amount of copper, $30,000.00
and that it ALLEGEDLY was melted at H H & M Metals in Everett. I sent this information to the police years ago and got no response. Gee...

Where is the public access TV and why weren't computers installed at the Medford Public Library? We've found Mr. Rumley so erroneous over the years that maybe he should be putting his taxpayer funded city e mail on more church websites
like he did with the Immaculate Conception Church, or maybe Mark Rumley should be fired so that he can continue to work out of Paul Donato's office to allegedly collect bills in Somerville District Court on Thursdays, allegedly.

CORI checking Jenna Tarabelsi, a varsity coach, a Mr. Mxxx Sxxxx ...maybe if Rumley did the RIGHT thing instead of the WRONG thing (last week Rumley's car was blocking mine as I was leaving Eastern Bank, has Rumley gone to stalking
instead of just defending a Malden ex-marine stalker?) ...maybe if Mark Rumley had the integrity that he thinks he has, Medford wouldn't be such a mess.
Well, it is a mess, and Mr. Rumley should be taking the lion's share of the blame when one looks at Rumley's Oath of Office and compares it to Rumley's actions.

Nope, city hall orchestrated it because I was investigating the varsity coach and the alleged 17 year old high school student and their alleged sexual affair that Stephanie Burke allegedly covered up in concert with a number of
other unseemly individuals. The teacher was retired (duh, LET GO) June 30, 2015, 14 days after Finn slugged me, 18 days after a stalker was harassing me. McGlynn's housecleaning? Seems like it!

Why are the oak benches missing, as missing as a report on the inappropriate behavior allegedly by Muccini-Burke, Mike McGlynn, Roy Belson and others -
allegedly, of course, - is a black eye on the city of Medford. A sex crime allegedly covered up by the woman running for mayor,with a Jenna Tarabelsi convicted on Friday the 13th of October, 2017,
two days before Paul Donato committed an alleged sex crime in front of two little children (allegedly John Falco's kids,) and a 15 year old running the camera.
You know the old joke: "Got any pictures of a state rep giving a hand-job to a city councilor in front of little children? Want to buy some?"
Mark Rumley wants a CORI check with his Spring St. roommate giving a hand-job to a council vice president in front of kids.
The camera don't lie sayeth the late Pat Fiorello. And look what they did to him? Poor Pat was harassed to death, quite literally. I was there. I witnessed it.
Mrs. Burke has 3 stooges running the cable TV commission into the ground, and yet another failed station manager.
I started in access TV 40 years ago; one of my directors is now one of the top people at HBO. I have interviewed over 1,000 people and have a movie out worldwide on a Rock & Roll Hall of Fame artist, and have created
a musical boxed set (with video) for a Grammy award winning artist.
I am public access TV. I was director of research for a company that made PBS specials in 1995, including An Evening of Song with Paul Sorvino which I co-scripted (uncredited.) Got to work with the great Clark Santee
who produced a film on Lou Reed. But here I'm indulging in Mrs. Burke's favorite pastime, talking about herself.

Where are the doors? Where are the benches? Where did the copper go at Medford Housing Authority? Where are the curbstones, where is our Public Access TV?
Mark Rumley can throw rocks at me, at Michael Marks, all he wants. It just shows Rumley's own low self-image and need to act like a tenth grader shooting spitballs. Mr. Rumley has no integrity and is dishonest.
That's the platform, Breanna Lungo-Koehn, some free advice on Mother's Day. Send your consultants to where Mr. Rumley is going, straight to hell, and help this city come back to life by doing what your political instincts tell you to do.
You have to bring Medford back to life, Breanna, if you want to win. You have to fight. Tear off Muccini-Burke's dress, get down into the mud and fight like Krystle Carrington(Linda Evans) and Alexis Carrington (Joan Collins)
on Dynasty. The famous "bitch fight" as my girlfriend (late gal pal) called it. Get into the mud and beat each other up like Donald and Hillary. That's how it is done. Politics is a slug fest.
Bob Penta played nice, as did David McKillop. Where did it get them? Tony D'Antonio played nice with a snake like McGlynn. Where did that get him?

The city of Medford was cruel to Pat Fiorello, to Robert M. Penta, to Dr. Storella and to MANY OTHERS. I do NOT take it personally, they are, as Mr. Rumley called his friends at TV3's board of directors, "Equal opportunity slappers.

1)all documents at city hall or any other area where Medford's city government and other agencies keep records, documents being notes, e mails, and other documents, regarding the removal of Medford property - specifically, documents describing or discussing the property owned by the citizens of Medford and what happened to the property owned by the citizens of Medford
a)Curbstones from the construction work on Ring Road
b)wooden seats in Alden Chambers 85 Geo. P. Hassett Drive, the wooden seating replaced by cheap, uncomfortable plastic chairs
c)the three doors at the entrance of city hall
2)documents detailing the amount of property referenced above
3)documents detailing the dollar value of the items noted above
