Medford Cable Access Station has Ceased Operations
It is the same press release on the Mercury Front Page, from the Issuing Authority and City Hall that is on Patch and WickedLocal/Medford - getting front page play Friday, Saturday, Sunday - how embarrassing for the clowns who destroyed the station!

Screaming headlines for bad things like pornography or shutting down is the legacy of
Francis R. Pilleri Jr.'s reign of terror.

Embarrassment after embarrassment is tarring the already horrible reputation of Frank Pilleri, the self-appointed former president of the former fraudulent private public access station.
After being humiliated by having the police personally escorting Pilleri OUT of City Hall for being disorderly, five years after the TV3 attorney was tossed out of Alden Chambers for similar immature and unprofessional acts in public, comes the arraignment of the TV3 webmaster who for years was on the board of directors of the fraud station.
A manager at one of the establishments in Medford called the accused a "troublemaker" - right near the apartment where the accused was allegedly evicted from. With a long history of having problems as tenants, the board of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. was reviled at 32 Riverside Ave, one store owner saying "Ed Markey's office said "GOOD LUCK WITH THEM" (in a facetious manner; TV3 was located under Markey's office as they pissed off that landlord, allegedly as they pissed off the owner of 40 Canal Street.)
To get evicted from Station Landing, after stiffing a landlord for what? 42K? Getting a cease and desist allegedly from that landlord, allegedly having a confidentiality agreement in place for 40 Canal St...would that mean that it was violated if Arthur Alan Deluca - a now former board member - said something in public before the corporation was fully and legally shut down?
...Tv3 is not nor has it ever been
unwelcome at our old Canal st location. We were never sent a legal
"cease & desist" notice from the landlord of 5 High st. The
corporation was not evicted from Station's Landing as the corporation
never owned, rented or occupied any space there. And the current
landlord is pleased that we have brought Verizon cable to his buildings,
making them more desirable to rent. We have also improved this unit we
still occupy. It will now make a very good art gallery or mini movie
theater, among other things.
