Re: Massachusetts Public Records Request

Dear Keeper of the Records:

This is a request under the Massachusetts Public Records Law (M. G. L. Chapter 66, Section 10). I am requesting that I be provided a copy of the following records:

1)Documents showing the current board of directors of the Cemetery Commission

Board of Trustees
James McDevitt, Chair, 3/1/2017
Stacie Clayton, Vice Chair, 3/1/2016
Dee Morris, 39 Russell Street, 3/1/2019
Additional Links

This should be posted on the Medford City website at NO CHARGE.

2)All e mails, notes and documents are requested regarding a varsity coach from the Medford High School no longer employed on or about June 30, 2015 - these public documents - e mails and notes to or from or between the city solicitor, the police chief, the director of personnel, Mayor Michael J. McGlynn, the school superintendent and the school committee, including any "executive session" documents and notes from the school committee

3)All e mails, notes and documents regarding Mr. and Mrs. Cugno, school committee person Anne Marie Cugno and her husband Michael and their participation on the board of directors of Medford Youth Soccer, Inc.  Michael Cugno was president in 2005, 2006 and 2007, Anne Marie Cugno was clerk; the corporation was revoked by the SOC in 2012.  With Mrs. Cugno running for city council, citizens need to have the facts on her participation on the board of a youth soccer club.

Medford Youth Soccer, Inc.

I recognize that for FOIA you may charge reasonable costs for copies, as well as for personnel time needed to comply with some requests, this cemetery board issue is not one of them. This should be public information and the individual who failed to update the board with current information should be FIRED - noting if Stacie Clayton is still on the board, if James McDevitt is still on the board as expired terms are on the city website.

The City of Medford has failed to serve the public in a timely manner - Mr. Rumley's failure to follow-through on public access tv, Mayor Burke's failure to follow-through on public access tv,

The Public Records Law requires you to provide me with a written response within 10 business days. If you cannot comply with my request, you are statutorily required to provide an explanation in writing.

Sincerely,

Joe Viglione
