Dear Keeper of the Records:
This is a request under the Massachusetts Public Records Law (M. G. L. Chapter 66, Section 10). I am requesting that I be provided a copy of the following records:
1)Any images from video surveillance of employee xxxx xxxxxx wearing clothes other than those required by OSHA https://www.osha.gov/Occupational Safety and Health Administration
2)Any images of Mxxx Xxxxxx utilizing city vehicles to drive his children around while on company time or when off the clock.
I recognize that you may charge reasonable costs for copies, as well as for personnel time needed to comply with this request. To keep expenses down, any simple photographs from the video surveillance showing Mr. xxxxxx out of uniform, or a photographic image from the video of children in a city vehicle at any time, would be satisfactory.
The Public Records Law requires you to provide me with a written response within 10 business days. If you cannot comply with my request, you are statutorily required to provide an explanation in writing.
