Marks requested a financial report detailing all of TV3’s outstanding debts along with an itemized list of equipment.

Councilor Breanna Lungo-Koehn asked for an update on two $39,000 quarterly payments withheld from TV3 by the city in June and September.

Lungo-Koehn also asked if the city could be liable for TV3 allegedly breaking the lease at its former 5 High St. studio when it moved to 32 Riverside Ave. last April.
