Louise Milleri told this editor that the Mayor would have "something" in regards to access TV prior to the election.

Candidates, if McGlynn attempts to throw you a bone with his pal Jack Dempsey for the Government or High School channels, tell McGlynn to go to hell and give us the access TV station.

That's not free speech, that is McGlynn controlling your speech.
