Dear Mr. Rumley:
Pursuant to 950 CMR 32.08 I am appealing the public records request to the Supervisor.
Your
failure to respond appropriately - again - endangers public safety to
the benefit of the politicians and school superintendent. With
toddlers at the high school in day care and allegations that the city of
Medford and the School Superintendent Roy Belson may have covered up a
bomb threat for the political gain of Stephanie Muccini-Burke is
outrageous.
a)Why is there no appropriate response to the public records request?
b)Were documents intentionally never generated or shredded?
Tonight at the Medford City Council, the Council Vice President under Motions, Orders and Resolutions has filed:

Whereas In light of the recent bomb threat at Medford High
school and the numerous complaints from parents who were not notified until
after the school day ended,
Be It Resolved that the Medford School committee look into their policies and procedures and if it happens in the future, that the school department alert parents immediately, even if its deemed to be no/low threat, so that each parent may decide whether or not they want there child to complete the day.

You yourself, Mr. Rumley, made this bold statement which is in conflict with your actions:
City Solicitor Mark E. Rumley / Medford Daily Mercury on or about Nov. 16, 2008 (quoted from the 2nd Judge Jackson-Thompson hearing) saying:
“The one sentiment that I have heard that I take great exception to is that the city is trying to limit speech,” said Rumley. “The notion the city would censor or squelch free speech is baseless and as city solicitor I would find any such effort repugnant.”
As "public servants," it is your obligation to assist the public in obtaining information for the press in a free society.
As you know, I have two media businesses registered in the office of the City Clerk that you claim did not physically and verbally assault me on or about June 16, 2015:

As a member of the fourth estate published in numerous books, and as owner of a popular web page which has generated 611,231 page views since its inception (as of this writing,) it is safe to say that the public is greatly benefited by my work

In Middlesex Superior Court you claimed that my writings are "delusional" and that no one takes them seriously. The contempt you have shown for a published author, that you still show today with a failure to comply with the law in a manner that would satisfy the public, is outrageous.
Pursuant to Channel 10, Inc. v. Gunnarson the ability of the public to record matters of public interest via public access TV, which you and the two mayors you have worked for deny the public - while they take the money and use some of it in what I believe is an inappropriate way (teacher salaries; general fund, and the additional celebratory and golf monies generating an additional $12,500.00 per year) is just more censorship.
Meaning that you, Mark Rumley, lied to the public and the retired judge, Marie O. Jackson-Thompson.
Your failure to hand over records or to allegedly willfully and maliciously not keep records, your threats of a harassment suit
over a silly poem that paints you as a hypocrite, are certainly evidence that you not only engage in censorship with elected officials, you are most likely the architect of that censorship.
It would be refreshing for the City Solicitor of Medford to show up at the City Council tonight along with the School Superintendent and the out-of-her-depth alleged "mayor" of Medford, Stephanie Muccini-Burke (who has rebranded herself Stephanie M. Burke now that she doesn't need to emphasize the Italian side with the election over,) and explain to the citizens why you operate in the shadows and fail to comply with simple public records requests about important issues like public safety and sexual predators at the high school; public safety and bomb threats at the high school.
The failure of the city to provide information of the theft at the McGlynn School, (which you did comply with only now when forced to by the Secretary of State,) in a timely manner before the election, is absolute evidence that Medford City Hall denies the public information to protect the interests of those who have seized the levers of power.
Please deliver the information to me tonight at City Hall so that the public can be apprised of these threats to public safety, and so that the public can initiate a recall vote to remove you, Superintendent Belson and that charlatan mayor and her bogus "administration."
