 Absolutely no security at a BOMB THREAT forum where the Chief of Police was inside talking and certainly couldn't be counted on for public safety.

Roy Belson was Defensive and looked FOOLISH, with parents in the audience shaking their heads and noting Belson may not have been telling the truth!
