COMCAST NEWSMAKERS PUTS SPOTLIGHT ON MUCCINI-BURKE AFTER SHE RECEIVED A NICE CHECK FROM COMCAST DIRECTOR OF GOVT REGULATORY AFFAIRS but no public access TV for you, even though you fund it.
Why didn't Muccini-Burke PROVIDE ACCESS prior to using Comcast for her own ends?

A new mayor that is honest would invite Comcast to the Chevalier Theater to be on the brand new Comcast Channel 3, Public Access for Medford.
What the residents do not realize is that Comcast's Director of Govt and Regulatory Affairs, Tim Kelly, gave Burke $150.00, choosing favorites during the campaign that fraudulently had no public access TV that residents pay for.

KELLY SAW THIS WRITER AND CANDIDATE BOB PENTA AT THE MAY COMCAST EVALUATION HEARING IN ALDEN CHAMBERS WHICH I HAVE ON VIDEO, BUT WHICH NEVER AIRED IN MEDFORD SO THAT MCGLYNN COULD TILT THE ELECTION IN MUCCINI-BURKE'S FAVOR. SHE'S NOT VERY GOOD ON TV, AS YOU CAN SEE ON THIS SMALL SEVEN MINUTE PLUS PIECE. NO TOUGH QUESTIONS AND SHE STILL LOOKS ROUGH ON VIDEO.
Mrs. Burke: "I was able to see how he was able to get things done through partnerships and collaboration....people you have to deal with in order to move the city forward..."

Absurd. The Chevalier Board of Directors should hire its own in-house company, just as public access TV does. I spoke to the Chevalier Commission in January about this.
Mayor McGlynn received a proposal from an access TV veteran/ professional. He ignored it because he had Mark Rumley write the agreement with so many restrictions that it scared away potential 501c3's. It was intentional and it was fraudulent as it tilted the election to the candidate that would keep Rumley on board. According to sources, Rumley would have been fired with the appropriate candidate being sworn in as Mayor, Robert M. Penta.
Many residents believe Penta was robbed by Muccini-Burke as she had less applause at the Chevalier, and had her bully husband use a vulgarity to bully seniors and women in the front rows of the theater on October 15, 2015. Citizens of Medford feel disenfranchised by Muccini Burke, and her going on the Comcast interview without having access TV in place is a huge slap in the face. Residents TRUSTED Muccini-Burke as a city councilor. When she and Solicitor Rumley brought the access issue up at the council it was thwarted by Paul Camuso. Then, Muccini-Burke rewards her nemesis, Camuso, by hiring his wife.
Medford needs public access TV. Public figures like Mrs. Burke need to be open to all ideas. Instead, they are vindictive, malicious, and will abuse their authority to punish critics and squelch free speech.
Here's a big fat lie from the thin-skinned City Solicitor:
“The one sentiment that I have heard that I take great exception to is that the city is trying to limit speech,” said Rumley. “The notion the city would censor or squelch free speech is baseless and as city solicitor I would find any such effort repugnant.”
