Principal accused of covering up sex complaints

What’s new this morning is that our friends at the Connecticut Post have uncovered documents that show this same principal, Donna Valentine, allegedly covered up inappropriate behavior by another teacher a couple years earlier. The paper reports that in 2011, a female student accused a male teacher of touching her breast. The documents show that teacher offered to resign, but principal Valentine did not accept the resignation, did not put anything in the teacher’s file, and did not contact police or DCF.
