8:13 pm. George Scarpelli brings up Collins Center
seems like s sleazy tactic to stall and delay.  Yes, having outside information is always nice, but we don't want no Local 25 styled interaction so that Scarpelli, a suspicious character who was supposed to be a chaperone when a violent rape occurred in Otis, Massachusetts and is now sued by a person that the blame was shifted to, makes little sense at the council and seems ill prepared.

 Scarpelli has never been on this topic until the council meeting of 2/16/16.

 He says that he "talked to the Mayor of Somerville". - yeah. They're both defendants in the same extremely ugly court case ...one would bet that they were talking...probably with their attorneys present!
