16-383  Jeanne Martin discusses Public Access, Rental of Chevalier Theater

7:41 PM

Comcast now cablecasting Govt Channel.
We have a breach of the Constitution when a church uses the Chevalier

Jeanne talks about the access tv monies which, of course, are ideas she got from this editor.

I would be there to speak tonight, but just came home from a long day of business work.

Good for Jeanne...she is carrying my message to the public.

DEMAND THAT THE MAYOR UTILIZE THE BUILDINGS WE ALREADY HAVE.

Michael Marks congratulates Jeanne Martin for her discussion on The Chevalier, Public Access and the High School
As usual, Adam Knight tried to IMMEDIATELY put it on file, but Michael Marks got the microphone and he asked that we receive a correspondence from the mayor on an Exemption from the Community Preservation Act.
Motion of Councilor Knight to receive it and place it on file...on motion of Councilor Marks under suspension, both Michael Marks and Breanna Lungo Koehn address the CPA. Breanna Lungo Koehn pushes for the exemption from CPA, and it should be online, at the library and in the newspaper. Breanna prays that the Administration extends the time to apply for the exemption.

Breanna found out from a neighbor "Obviously, the general public doesn't know" - Breanna rightfully calls it "highly unfair" and wants an additional month with notifications to people.

Breanna also wonders where Barry Clemente is with Connect CTY Reverse 911...

Adam Knight babbles about it and you can't understand a word that he is saying. 7:51 pm
