"Mayor of Cummings Street"

Dear Jeanne and Michael Marks:
Thank you for your presentation last night; I would have commented as well but I was busy with
the carpenter doing construction on my archives pretty much the entire day and was exhausted.
Had the meeting gone more than 57 minutes I would have made an effort to get there.
1)What
is happening with the Attorney General's investigation into Medford
Community Cablevision, Inc. and Mark Rumley's separate investigation.
As we head towards yet another election with no access tv, and this
mayor, Mrs. Burke, intentionally dragging her feet when access could be
up and running tomorrow, the solicitor and the AG's office are just not
treating the ratepayers fairly.
We just want fairness, and these alleged public servants refuse to do their job and be fair.
2)A
board member of MCC TV3, Harvey Alberg - and his wife Doria - filed
together for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy which I believe they just switched
last week, April 4, to Chapter 7.
Is the AG's office (charities@...above in the CC:) aware of this? Can they look into the
Alberg financial matters now that they are public record? How about Solicitor Rumley?
We can have an access TV station up and running.
I
agree with you, Jeanne, we do not need it at the high school - to out
of the way, and such a lack of security under Roy E. Belson,
superintendent, that a senior citizen like myself who has been attacked
at City Hall BY TV3 (April 27, 2010) find that citizens being bullied
and forced to use the high school a bit of a censorship ploy by
Stephanie Muccini-Burke, who appears as allergic to video as her
predecessor.
Mark Rumley promised us that we would know the financial records of TV3 within 10 days.
Then he extended it another 10 days, now it is almost 2 years.
Attorney
General Maura Healey, holding so tightly to Martha Coakley's apron
strings, appears to be doing ex Mayor McGlynn's bidding and not properly
investigating Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.
Cable TV subscribers get a raw deal. Those running for elected office get a raw deal unless they are incumbents
Meanwhile,
that insufferable Adam Knight on the City Council attempted to table
the matter quickly last night before Michael Marks interjected and kept
the conversation going.,
Where is our TV station, Attorney General. Where?
