State Rep Donato's office said:
"Frank took the money."
Jim Tuberosa, a Boston resident who was on TV3, told this editor and a witness on a conference call that Harvey Alberg claimed they would "collapse the corporation (MCC TV3) and take the money."
Now TV3 allegedly expects the Supreme Judicial Court to rubber stamp the dissolved corporation and Harvey Alberg, Ron "Mercedes Benz" DeLucia and Frank Pilleri can ride off into the sunset with no investigation in the funny business they concocted on the fraud board of directors of a fraud access station which has a lunatic board member, Arthur Alan Deluca, parading around the city telling residents "You don't really need access" (paraphrased) while Deluca used access and abused access to his yellow-heart's content.
“It looks like nobody really cares about access anymore,” said DeLuca. “We didn’t have people clamoring to join. Instead of trying to stay open and going into debt, we said, ‘Let’s close the corporation, and we won’t kill access.’”
