CITY COUNCIL PRESIDENT USED THE MEDFORD POLICE DEPARTMENT, NOT FOR PUBLIC SAFETY, BUT TO ATTEMPT TO VIOLATE THE 1ST AMENDMENT AND CENSOR SO THAT HIS UGLY ACTIVITIES COULD NOT BE SCRUTINIZED...starting with an allegation of lying to the police.

What is in the best interest of Medford? To lavish hundreds of thousands of dollars on a few, or to find more qualified individuals who will work for your hard earned dollars, at a rate more fair to the residents footing the bill.

These four salaries need to go: Mark Rumley's Salary 121,878.64, Detective Mackowski $78,706.87 (instead of public safety, Detective Mackowski was engaged in a trial on behalf of a bogus city council "president" - false charges against a Medford resident to tar and feather a citizen; what a judge and jury can consider for allegations of malicious abuse of process, when I file a lawsuit! against them)  Paul Covino $91,299.93, Chief Sacco $129,787.93.

Chief Sacco's son, Joseph Sacco, was pulled over for alleged drunk driving. No breathalyzer, no field sobriety test. No charges.

What about public safety?

What if a driver wasn't tested and then did the unthinkable? Wake up, Medford. Why are these people getting so much money for not doing their job, in my opinion.
