My credentials as a journalist are well known to the council. Any attempt by Mr. Caraviello to interfere in my rights as a journalist will be dealt with in a court of law.
c)CENSORING my speech about the high school last Tuesday, March 21, 2017, on camera
d)On February 26, 2017, less than a month after I prevailed over Caraviello's hideous charges, he sends a nasty, harassing e mail to my lawyer (???) giving medical advice allegedly without a license.

Mark I did see that and some of his latest rantings are getting worse, he now is attacking my business and making serious accusations. You are correct that his attorney should advise him to seek some medical attention.
For placement of my tripod and iPhone I am requesting the desk behind Adam Knight and Breanna Lungo-Koehn
FACEBOOK LIVE last week
As you know, Councilor Marks, as you were standing 3 feet or so away from me, I was silent as a church mouse and Mr. Finn did all the yelling. It was brutal, as you
We do not need box cutters and steak knives around when Attorney David P. Skerry said in court that I'd "better get a bodyguard."
Truer words were never spoken.
For my city I will go where angels fear to tread and set my tripod up on the reporter's table.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

- City Hall,I will be taping the Room 207 at 6 PM on Tuesday at City Hall via Facebook LIVE. I intend to place a tripod somewhere to get the feed for FACEBOOK LIVE. Councilor Marks, being Vice President, can decide where the tripod goes where it can accurately tape the meetingand not interfere in any way.As I am suing the City Council President for malicious abuse of process and also filing a charge of Retaliation on Council President Caraviello with the Mass. Commission against Discrimination,we do not want Caraviello censoring or interfering in the broadcast.
*Note, Caraviello did censor me after he allowed Roy Belson to speak AT the City Council March 21.**Paulette Van der Kloot and Roy Belson informed me that the School Committee of March 20, 2017 was not recorded
Massachusetts open meetings law expressly permits sound and video recording of public meetings (i.e., meetings of a governmental body required to be open to the public by law), except for executive sessions, by anyone in attendance. The statute provides that:
After notifying the chair of the public body, any person may make a video or audio recording of an open session of a meeting of a public body, or may transmit the meeting through any medium, subject to reasonable requirements of the chair as to the number, placement and operation of equipment used so as not to interfere with the conduct of the meeting. At the beginning of the meeting the chair shall inform other attendees of any such recordings.See Mass. Gen. Laws. ch. 30A, § 20(e).
