DEFAMATION ON RUGGIERO PAGE
After Caraviello's Libelous, Malicious Prosecution went forward there were vile and disgusting lies being posted on a Facebook hate page operated by Michael Ruggiero.
Matthew Page Lieberman, who assaulted this writer at City Hall on or about April 27, 2010 (front page in the Medford Transcript,) a known associate of Adam Knight's, was publishing lies about his victim.
Doria Pizzotti Alberg chimed in with more lies, which Ruggiero allowed them to publish, until Ruggiero realized their imaginations rife with highly inflammatory untruths - designed to further harass the victim of Caraviello's abuse of the legal system, were completely false.
THE MATERIAL WAS CAPTURED ON SCREEN SHOTS.

I am on the phone daily with lawyers about the action against the City of Medford, the Medford Police Department, Rick Caraviello, the officer of District Attorney Marian Ryan and other individuals not being named just yet.
My legal team will be looking at the libel by Mrs. Alberg and Matthew Page Lieberman pertaining to the case Caraviello lost, and the publishing of those lies by Michael Ruggiero.
They will MOST LIKELY be sued - i AM PUSHING FOR IT.
As of now I'm not sure how the attorneys will handle it.
Mike Ruggiero's page bans people right and left. That individual, whose campaign flyers were found in Alden Chambers (is that even ethical?) maliciously published Page-Lieberman and Pizzotti-Alberg's filth on his Facebook page.
During the period of the fraudulent legal case, Pizzotti-Alberg's husband, Harvey A. Alberg, also maliciously abused the legal system in Malden against the same victim.
This writer prevailed over Alberg as well.
I will be asking the lawyers how to approach our filings on Page-Lieberman, Ruggiero and Pizzotti-Alberg, and if a separate case for Harvey Alberg's malicious abuse of process has to be filed.
I do not know. That's why the team of lawyers will look at the evidence and proceed from there.
Harvey and Doria Alberg filed for bankruptcy protection, however, their harassment of this public access TV producer is well known and they need to be punished for their tormenting of a man they were OBLIGATED to allow to produce access TV in Medford.
Harvey Alberg was seething with envy, which is why so many people had difficulty getting in to what Judge Jackson-Thompson called a "private MCC access."
All that information will be presented in the case against Harvey Alberg, at least.
