Ed Finn "Predicted" His Friend Muccini-Burke would Win - and Ed Finn Counts the Votes, doesn't he?
In June of 2015 a member of the Republican State Committee alleged that Medford City Clerk, Edward P. Finn, told him that Stephanie M. Burke would win the election and that Robert M. Penta would not. How can an "objective" city clerk make such a proclamation unless Finn knew something the voters did not. On January 31, 2017 the city council president, Richard F. Caraviello, admitted under oath in criminal court that the city clerk was involved in an incident that Caraviello said included "yelling." In January 2016 Judge Fitzpatrick in Cambridge court said to me "You're an intelligent man." This intelligent man did NOT yell back when the city clerk - who had previously censored my petitions - was yelling and screaming his head off. How in God's name do you have an election with a screaming lunatic touching our ballots and making a prediction that the woman who allegedly hired him would win.
