Resident Joe Viglione, who has been involved in several lawsuits against TV3 in the past, was quick to take Delucia's place at the podium and refute the claims that had just been made. Viglione said if Delucia had used hard numbers rather than generic percentages, the results would not be as favorable to the station.
"It's disingenuous, and I don't like that," Viglione said of Delucia's comments.
Viglione then questioned Mayor Michael McGlynn, demanding answers regarding a spring audit of TV3 and report released last month by retired district court judge Marie Jackson Thompson, wherein the embattled station's board members were accused of poor financial record keeping and limiting freedom of speech in the city.
