...engaged in a pattern of bullying, utilizing the court system in a manner in which it was not intended to be used.

INDEED, FACT IS, IT IS MY OPINION THAT THE MEDFORD POLICE INTENTIONALLY DID NOT INVESTIGATE THE ED FINN CASE FULLY AND, INSTEAD, MADE UP PHONY FALSE CHARGES ON THE VICTIM OSTENSIBLY TO PROTECT MR. CARAVIELLO'S LONG-TIME PAL ED FINN.

FURTHERMORE, I ALLEGE THAT THE MEDFORD POLICE DEPARTMENT DID NOT FULLY INVESTIGATE AN ALLEGATION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY BECAUSE THE ALLEGED PERPETRATOR IS PURPORTEDLY A FRIEND OF THE FORMER MAYOR.
DID THE POLICE ACTUALLY TALK TO THE VICTIM?
THEY HAD HIS NAME AND THE PLACE WHERE HE WORKED. HMMMM.... GIVEN THE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME ON A FRAUDULENT CASE OF 'WITNESS INTIMIDATION' THESE ALLEGATIONS INDICATE AT THE VERY LEAST THAT WE NEED A NEW POLICE CHIEF AND ANY OFFICERS INVOLVED IN THE CASE AGAINST THIS WRITER SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM MEDFORD AND THOROUGHLY INVESTIGATED BY THE AUTHORITIES.
The Bigger problem for Chief Sacco, former director of personnel Muccini-Burke, Superintendent Belson and some members of the School Committee (prior to Mea and Kathy being added to the committee) is the allegation of a hush-up of an alleged sex crime at the high school allegedly involving a varsity coach and a powerful politician's daughter. On the campaign trail that question will be front and center.

You add to that the accusations of slimy, underhanded business ...the fumbling of the bomb-sniffing dogs and the allegations against teachers Mark Smith and Jenna Tarabelsi and a possible FOURTH allegation of funny business with a student or students by a teacher currently AT the school and you have a sense, Medford, when Chief Sacco attacks victims like L.A. or M. McMillan in the press, or allegedly calling me a "nut" to a citizen - allegedly - you get a sense and you see a pattern of city government beating up the victims.
Stephen LeBert's victim certainly had the smear campaign initiated on him - I was told this BY a government official, until the dashcam video dashed Lebert's hopes of staying a Medford officer in the same way my video of Uncle Gene got rid of reprobate Bob Covelle at Medford Housing, allegedly.

The retaliation on people like the late Pat Fiorello, on Jay Griffin, on myself, on a woman voted off of the PTA, so obvious ...so very obvious. Meanwhile Mark Rumley has yet to investigate the snakes at TV3 as he promised to do. Go figure. The victims get bashed in Medford and the alleged parties of bad individuals get away with it.

---Frank Pilleri LOSES "emotional distress" case that he used YOUR MONIES to file.
He claimed that this victim broke up his marriage. Foot-stomping Music by Grand Funk Railroad appropriate at this juncture.
Pilleri has to stay away from me for six months for a little stunt in Somerville District Court, however, my belief is that the clerk did not do the right thing and bring in Maggie Weeks and evaluate the ludicrous perjury by Harvey Alberg (he also lied to the judge in Malden about the AG's office giving them a "clean bill of health." Actually, the AG's office told me they can't comment because LAW ENFORCEMENT ostensibly against Alberg and his pals could be impeded. But Alberg just told the judge one thing when the public records request response tells another)
Alberg says he was five rows back and magically was able to see that Pilleri didn't stomp on my foot. FROM FIVE ROWS BACK in Somerville Court, and negligent Myra Hemingway, Clerk did the wrong thing in response. You KNOW the fix is in when Harvey "I'm deaf, I'm deaf...until the city council says what I want to hear" Alberg can see five rows ahead (oh, it's that jackass Ron DeLucia who told us he was temporarily blinded...yeah, blinded when he left teaching at Medford High School and a school committee person said to me "And they don't want him back!")

---MCC (Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.) loses a suit against the City of Medford AND lose a motion due to Anti-SLAPP - as did Frank Pilleri (combined, 3 violations of anti-SLAPP.) TV3 also lost the appeal even though they thought the fix was in (their attorney never even showed up for the hearing. I prevailed with Judge Lamothe calling me "VERY LOGICAL.)

Whether or not you call yourself a journalist, and whether or not you are paid, does not appear to matter. However, at least some professional journalists may have to choose between jettisoning the veneer of objectivity and giving up protection of the statute. When clerk William G. Farrell committed perjury when this writer issued a subpoena - granted by Judge Maurice Flynn - in regards to the attorney for TV3 threatening to kill me, it proved to the victim that even the court system was aligned against the victim; did not show fairness; chose sides. Indeed, the TV3 and Frank Pilleri cases, I believe, should have been thrown out when the attorney for TV3 didn't even show up in court for a hearing. It was Bill Farrell who gave the attorney "one more chance," as he stated to me, instead of disposing of the two cases. DO you think they would EVER have afforded me another bite at the apple?
There was also "funny" business in Somerville Court where Clerk Maggie Weeks handed me my two victories, only didn't. She had xeroxed one victory on two sides of a piece of paper and handed it to me. Essentially, though I was victorious over them (Mark Rumley congratulated me at a Paul Donato breakfast at Anthony's) Weeks - by her incompetence or intentional disposal of one of the cases (and we all know Ms. Weeks to be highly competent so...) this victim had to jump through hoops to:
a)write to the judge and the TV3 attorney that one of the victories was missing
b)Demand that Carol DeMarco put the judgment on the docket. It took her hours, and she was nasty about it. "Wait outside" she barked. The fix was so in it was obvious.

Mayor McGlynn must have been FUMING! Then Ms. Weeks, the clerk, accidentally xeroxed one victory on two sides of a piece of paper, not giving me both victories. I had to write to the judge and reinstate the second victory.
Then Somerville District Court did not put it on the docket!
You can't make this stuff up!
It took me HOURS to get Carol DeMarco downstairs in Somerville Court to do the right thing! What a joke. At least she didn't commit perjury like First Assistant Clerk William G. Farrell did, in front of God, man and a clerk from Chelsea Court (Brian Sullivan,) but that's a story for another day. (I went in front of Judge Maurice Flynn to get Farrell to testify and after taking the oath
Farrell proceeded to lie his ass off!

So I wrote to the head judge of the district courts and moved the cases OUT of Somerville District Court. "Somerville Court: they're the worst" (a bailiff at another courthouse to me after hearing the story. That Courthouse - Middlesex Superior Court where Mayor Burke's husband is employed (I'm not going to say he works there; my OPINION is that Brian S. Burke is allergic to work. And didn't Burke migrate from Somerville to Superior Court, Mr. Michael Sullivan????)
Judge Judy would have liked to have done something but Michael Sullivan's leash must have been too tight for her to help a victim so she's back to doing her TV show or her nails or getting her hair done. Ho hum, who gives a damn about victims with politically connected reprobates hacking away at the system like Vladmir Putin on crack.
