Public Records Request: New Access TV station

1,019,425 @ 8:14 pm

Public records request below.

File a similar public records request and file a complaint with every news organization and government oversight agency.
The age of Belson/Rumley/Muccini-Burke/Finn/McGlynn/Leo Sacco shenanigans must end by voting the crew out of office.

Dear Candidates for Elected Office,

A candidate informed me via phone that Stephanie Muccini-Burke used public access TV and the Government channel allegedly on July 18, 2017 - at the time potentially thousands of viewers tune in for the city council.

The council should have been held in Alden Chambers or the theater at the high school.  Instead the deceptive government of Stephanie Muccini-Burke crammed people into the access studio and used it for the government access; June 14th they let the vocational / technical have it, but this mayor is so terrified of an even playing field she takes advantage of the cable tv franchise fee and blocks you and me from having our say.   It is deceptive and wrong.

Write to the Secretary of State's office and let them know how outrageous and ugly this move of Muccini-Burke's is.

 Re: Massachusetts Public Records Request

Dear Keeper of the Records:
This is a request under the Massachusetts Public Records Law (M. G. L. Chapter 66, Section 10). I am requesting that I be provided a copy of the following records:
1)A DVD of Stephanie Muccini-Burke on the air allegedly on access TV  and the government channel July 18, 2017 when the city council was supposed to air at 7 pm or so
2)All documents providing when this access station will open for the public.  A station manager has been hired, why was Benjamin, the manager, providing government channel taping last night slighting the public that is supposed to be served; the public funding Stephanie's own personal Cecil B. DeMille.
3)All e mails between Roy Belson and Stephanie Muccini-Burke regarding the access TV issue.  All notes and correspondence regarding access TV

I recognize that you may charge reasonable costs for copies, as well as for personnel time needed to comply with this request.
The Public Records Law requires you to provide me with a written response within 10 business days. If you cannot comply with my request, you are statutorily required to provide an explanation in writing.
Sincerely,

Joe Viglione
