This is about the elitist Government Control of Access TV and the news media. Even the print media seems to fear the Mayor as they have to "do business" in the city. So much for standing up for what is right. So much for integrity in journalism. So much for ethics!

“The one sentiment that I have heard that I take great exception to is that the city is trying to limit speech,” said Rumley. “The notion the city would censor or squelch free speech is baseless and as city solicitor I would find any such effort repugnant.”
