Ben from BATV is directing, the white-haired guy from the city council might have been switching (or Ben was) 

Why is Muccini-Burke using the PUBLIC station manager to direct the city council and air it on Thursday.  Do they not have the capability to air it live?

ALLEGEDLY THIS IS THE VEHICLE THAT TRANSPORTS ADAM KNIGHT AND FRED DELLO RUSSO, JR. AROUND TOWN.   PROBLEM IS THAT THE DRIVER CAN'T SEPARATE THE TWO FROM THE POOCHES....EXCEPT THAT ADAM AND FRED ARE THE TWO UGLY DOGS AMIDST A BUNCH OF CUTE FURRY FRIENDS...
