Ron Delucia, vice president of the TV3 board, said candidates would discuss their platforms at the event but face no questions. The forum has not been scheduled. Delucia said it will air repeatedly before the election.

Ron Delucia, vice president of the TV3 board, said candidates would discuss their platforms at the event but face no questions. The forum has not been scheduled. Delucia said it will air repeatedly before the election.
He also cited a flurry of statistics demonstrating that more residents are using the station. In the last year, he said, membership has increased by 200 percent; original programming has increased by 275 percent; and the station has seen a 200 percent jump in equipment usage, among other improvements.
But Joe Viglione, a litigant in several suits against TV3 over access issues, questioned the data, claiming the hard numbers would put membership in the single digits. He also submitted a letter to the Council demanding action on a recently released audit of TV3.
And then the volume shot way up.
Councilor Paul Camuso flew into a rage when he spotted a reference to his 3-month-old son in Viglione's letter, which read in part, "I hope [Camuso's son] sees the record of how his dad went after me, the guy fighting for the rights of all children."
Camuso thundered back at Viglione from his seat in the Council chamber.
"You can take me on as a councilor, but you're not taking on my son [who's] three months old,"
Camuso shouted.
Council President Breanna Lungo-Koehn called a two-minute recess, as Viglione fired one last salvo, calling Camuso, "an absolute jerk."
